joe, you seem to have a direct line to obama now, so perhaps you can ask him for some clarification on the the elimination of the capital gains tax for start-ups and small businesses earning less than $250k/year.
see, i am really confused at how obama’s proposed elimination of the capital gains tax will help my small business, which earns less than $250,000 per year.
maybe obama can direct me (many of us) to a CPA that can help my business - a lost & found service http://www.unlose.it - report income on irs form 1040 schedule D (cap gains) instead of schedule C (profit/loss from small business)???
